PSU dead?

So this morning I was playing a game and my PC shut down suddenly. I immediately started to try and remedy the problem by first removing the graphics card, no luck. Then removed the drives as well, still no luck. Even tried booting from the start button on the board itself.

Then I unhooked all the cables and jump started my PSU to test the voltages, and they were all extremely low values, no where near 12, 3.3 or 5v that it's supposed to be, not even close. When I turned ECO mode off, the fan wouldn't even spin either when jump started.

Is my PSU done for? I have an EVGA 1000 P2 if anyone was wondering which model.

Sorry for the double post, I forgot to mention the voltage check was done via digital multimeter. My PC will not boot at all anymore, only the motherboard lights up, no fans spinning, nothing.

lucky that you can test the psu properly! most people (myself included) would try everything else first before deciding it had to be the PSU..

Thank you for confirming my PSU is unfortunately dead. It is still under warranty, and honestly a terrible time for this thing to die because the holidays are coming up and they wont be there for a while.

Also not looking forward to getting a refurbished unit back. Very upset about this, but at least I know why my PC wont boot.
