They have clear sticky plastic on every logo. Even after you peel off the big one that covers everything.
On the front of the card you need to peel "EVGA" logo and "GEFORCE RTX 2080Ti"
On the top you need to peel the one that says "GEFORCE RTX 2080Ti"
Then need to peel the "XC" this is to the right of the logo on the top of the card.

Its stupid all this peeling you have to do these days. Last thing you want is plastic peeling off from heat, then melting on something hot. I peeled the big one that covered the whole plastic. But the other was later

I agree. I'm always afraid I'm going to forget to peel one of them and have it melt in my case. A careful inspection is necessary.

I just replace my EVGA GTX 780 with an EVGA 1070 yesterday. When I took out the 780, I noticed that the plastic was still on the fan hubs.

I had a former coworker that brought in her husband's PC for us to look at. The GPU kept overheating and we couldn't figure out why. Turns out he had recently bought the GPU and didn't take the plastic off the fan shroud, so it wasn't cooling properly. Always take the plastic off, kids. lol
