It was like two blocks away then the truck went the other way, then FedEx would not longer let me see the map. :( And I am waiting here to give sig, and have things to do. :(

Thats nice, but i only say that as most companies do really bad in the RMA & customer care aspects.
It should not really be applauded, cuz doing the right thing should be the norm.

I really hate in traffic when i do what i am supposed to do, and people then light up and get all happy about it and applaud / thumbs up, those people should ignore me and viciously attack all the other people in traffic that don't do the right thing and so endanger a lot of people.
I also some times stick my head out the window and tell that to people.

The way humans work is they respond a lot better to being encouraged and rewarded then to punishment and shaming. Maybe the better solution is people should do both just praise good work all the time and shame bad deeds. One of the big failures in all places is when people do not acknowledge good work, we call that taking it for granted.
 
Called FedEx, piss off, we might delivery it tomorrow....
 
That's some bullshit, the shipper (Nvidia) paid for next day service, and they didn't deliver it. You need to complain!

Get home, ticket on the door. We will bring it back Monday. After telling me on chat that it will deliver Saturday. Get on chat with FedEx, wait 53 places for my turn, when it is my turn, they disalbe the chat session. FedEx support is SHIT.

You must be kidding, wow Fdex really sucks, and they're too expensive too. USPS priority is the way I go. Of course it was not your decision to ship Fedex. Kyle right now must be losing it, I know I would.
 
So they did come! Pretty serious manuvers to keep you from your package, I've got to say. Imagine if those efforts were used for good instead of evil.
 
So after being lied to yesterday a few times by FedEx support, FedEx missing its delivery window, and having to deal with its horrible chat support, I told the rep that FedEx sucked, and this is the reason that I have exclusively used UPS to ship over the last few years. Then they sent me this.

I had a similar experience with my 2080 Ti Delivery with Fed Ex. I waited all morning for it, had to go to work. My Son literally watch the Fed Ex guy just get off the truck and stick a sticker on the door that no one was home. He didn't even knock or ring the doorbell. I was livid. Lucky for me his reason was there where no cars in the drive way. He drove by again a few hours later and saw my wife's car and delivered the card then. Better late than never on the same day. But Fed Ex is shit compared to the others.
 
I would have done a lot worse than you Kyle. I would have beat the Fedex guy up with a package!
 
Wow, they actually pulled the "I don't have to take this abuse" card.

I've had terrible experiences with FedEx before as well. Thanks for the reminder. I'll stick to DHL and Purolator. :)
 
USPS Priority has always treated me well. FedEx would have been my second choice before, but they've been sucking a bit lately. The delivery guy that usually comes to my house is amazing though despite what I think of FedEx as a whole. He's called me up when he thought I wasn't at home, and asked when he should come back, or even dropped off a package to my wife's work when I couldn't be home in time. If they could accept tips, I'd be tipping him.
 
Got the replacement 2080 Ti today. Along with three other packages that FedEx missed delivery on Friday.
