Former Intel CEO Brian Krzanich has been named president and CEO of CDK Global. Mr. Krzanich resigned from his post at Intel when it was discovered that he had a consensual relationship with an employee. CDK Global provides technology solutions for the automotive industry such as educating dealers how to use Google Analytics to understand how to develop best marketing strategies and website engagement. CDK Global generates more than $2 billion in revenues and serves most automotive manufacturers with more than 30,000 retail locations in 100 countries. CDK solutions automate and integrate all parts of the dealership and buying process from targeted digital advertising and marketing campaigns to the sale, financing, insuring, parts supply, repair, and maintenance of vehicles.

"CDK has a leadership position in a dynamic and rapidly evolving automotive technology market, and I am energized by the chance to help grow this unique company and take it to the next level," said Krzanich. "The automotive industry is undergoing changes that will impact and present opportunities for dealers, OEMs, consumers and the technology ecosystem that serves them. I look forward to working closely with the CDK Board, management team and employees to enable CDK to meet its full potential to generate value for all of its stakeholders."

I'm sure he tried to get fired based on Intel's 10nm issues.

In a "fair" world, if you screw up as a CEO, maybe you should get demoted.

wtf.. hahaha CDK Global, aka ADP Dealer Services... Use to work there before they fired all the infrastructure people.....

"It was discovered that he had a consensual relationship with an employee"......While being married. I bet his wife didn't consent to it. What a piece of garbage.
