They look amazing actually. Frostbite just keeps iterating and getting more impressive. These WWI and WWII installments haven't really been my thing but I can't wait to see what the next modern combat Battlefield looks like on the next version of Frostbite.

Absolutely. I was hoping this release would come back to modern day or maybe even the Vietnam era. BFV will be fun but I’m definitely ready for them to move forward from WWI and WW2.

vietnam era would be sick looking. thats what I was hoping for.
 
I played in a world tournament in the original bfv. Some german? I think assholes called k2? Anyway, AS WE SPAWNED they killed us from the very start. Across the entire map. We hinted that they MIGHT be cheating........Nothing done about it. Guess who won the tournament? lol
 
BFV Pre-load is live! I'm so excited for this after playing in both closed Alpha's and the Beta. :)
 
Is anyone on origin premier seeing the game icon saying that it releases on the 14th instead of the 9th?

I see the launch countdown for premier but can't pre-load it anywhere.

Going to microcenter to get a new Asus PG27UQ just for this game! 4K HDR here I come :) Next I want to get a couple 2080Ti's if I can ever find them in stock.

same here. there's a link to 'upgrade' the game (based on Premier, i believe) but it just gives me an error when i click it. Did you preorder the game in addition to signing up for Access Premier? I did, and i wonder if somehow my Deluxe preorder is superseding my Premier account and that's why it says it's not available until the 14th.
 
I get releasing it early on premier, but 12 days, common. the nov 20 release version is on cdkeys for $48

Yeah did the same thing , pre-ordered deluxe. There is one screen on origin that has a countdown indicating under 2 days so maybe that's the one to look at? I'll have to check again when I get home.

Well it says this at the top of the main access premier page so i can only assume that's correct for anyone with premier regardless of what the game icon says. If not, EA have done a good job of fucking things up once again.
 
I also have Premier and it tells me to "Upgrade my game" and when I click on Upgrade, I get a dumb error message: "An error occurred. Please try again later. [ref. #vault-entitlement-failed]"

Whatever. It also says Nov 14 for me but the countdown timer says tomorrow....who knows. I've tried signing in / out. Nothing works. I guess we will wait and see what happens.

Yeah that’s what I get when I try to upgrade the game. Before I preordered, and I had only signed up for Premier, it said the game would be playable November 8th at 8pm. So I’m Hoping it will unlock tonight at 8pm for me. I’m on the US west coast (PST).
 
They anticipated the release in Origin and EA Access.
I checked a few minutes ago and all EU servers were full in game modes above 32 players.
 
well i won't be able to play until around 9pm tonight, but i have beer ready and plan to geek-out until early morning hours.
 
I went for the basic subscription real quick. The beta ran so terrible for me i dont want to s[end too much. And of course bf1 crashes right off the bat. I can change the config to run dx12 though, and that makes it work.

EDIT: Driver update fixed issue. Unreleased AMD drivers though since im on vanguard.

Heard RTX features like ray tracing are missing. Can anyone with W10 1809 and an RTX card confirm? Last I heard DICE promised it would be available at launch.

people are saying "at luanch" means November 20th. not sure if that's the plan but that's what is being tossed around the web. i can't get Windows to update to 1809 anyway.
