No. No. No.Indeed, they are like us around 1900, but there will be no splitting up of Standard oil in China.
Just imagine what a country it could have been if they dident insist of making the same stupid mistakes we did / do. So a great opportunity pissed away,,,,, just like we also did / do with our societies.
Well I wanna know! I was bad at history. Failed the last one I took because I described the flapper girls as whores out of control.No. No. No.
A thousand no's in your direction, sir!
Really, there is no good faith comparison that could possibly be made between the two.
I'd rather this stay a light-hearted thread just taking the piss instead of delving into all the reasons why.

Sucks at releasing sunlight, but not too shabby at launching bombs?I have actually seen the ISS pass over head once years back. and its HUGE. now while it wasnt meant to reflect light, it was still small in the night sky. the size of the thing would have to be huge to reflect enough light to be usable, and in a high enough orbit to get sunlight past sunset/sun rise.. and highly movable.
just not see the feasibility of it.
which nothing to say about the actual practicality of it.
Blind eye? Forgive me if this is a stupid question, I know nothing about astronomy.I have actually seen the ISS pass over head once years back. and its HUGE. now while it wasnt meant to reflect light, it was still small in the night sky. the size of the thing would have to be huge to reflect enough light to be usable, and in a high enough orbit to get sunlight past sunset/sun rise.. and highly movable.

Space based reflectors for the purpose of advertising or artificial lighting should be banned. Between the real moon and artificial lighting it's already a pain in the ass to find a good astronomy site.

No, I meant naked eye. No scope. Stupid lolnot sure the question. but if you mean a blinding light, that would be highly unlikely as you would not want to make their reflector focus the light, but instead reflect in a diffuse manner to spread light out over a greater area.
but then, like someone joked above.. you have to get through their smog.. to say nothing of cloud cover.
An accomplishment for any country. You're in good company, USA. And then the posers.Danish hardware are taking off soon on a 7 year flight to Mercury,

Not really a moon actually more in the other direction. but cool none the less for such a little Country like us.
#metoo (im taking it back)
Someone did, but [H]ardocp is so dark and smoggy you didn't see itCan't believe it got this far and no one posted this.
People believe anything they hear.
Just like Elon Musk. People believe anything they hear.
And no... There is no Tesla car in space. The fact people believe that blows my mind.
I don't believe that you believe you saw the video, which of course wasn't not undoubtedly unbelievable
What you imperialist western dogs call 'pollution', the glorious CPC calls a missile defense system. How are they going to get the light to penetrate all that pollution?
