Asrock Z270 Killer SLI/AC Missing AVX Offset setting?

I recently purchased an Asrock Z270 Killer SLI/AC motherboard and updated the bios to the latest (P2.30).

I am overclocking an i5-6600K.

I have seen people discuss it, and it is listed in the user manual, but I cannot find the "AVX Offset" setting.

I need it to lower the core clock a bit when a program uses AVX to stabilize my overclock under AVX loads.

Does anyone else have this board? Does yours have the AVX Offset setting?
Where is it?
What bios version do you have?
