Waiting for RTX Titan...

The reason it seems pointless is because it'll still he slower than an overclocked Titan V in rasterization. The hybrid 2080 ti barely does 122fps with Sniper Elite 4. The Titan V at 2.1ghz and 850gb/s memory overclock does 142fps.

That's 16% faster than a max oc 2080 ti...I dont seee a rtx titan catching up to that.

Have to just wait and see... Could be they roll out a Titan VI.

Guess which card has power limitations that restrict gains when watercooled? The 2080 Ti.

Full die, less power restrictions, 1GB more RAM = bam $2K RTX TITAN card.

NVIDIA will definitely do it. Probably March 2019.

Sounds like what they'd do. The 'enthusiast overclocking version of the enthusiast edition'.
Hope someone hardmods these or I wonder if it's a more nefarious limitation..

NVidia has never been afraid to split their own market by offerering a card that gives only 5-10% more performance. Why do people think they would suddenly change now?

Some people buy the best because they want the best.

Some people buy the best value for money, because they want the best value for money.

And some people buy the cheaper cards because... Well they are on welfare but still are just as [H]ard.

"Everything is worth what people are ready to pay."

This is what I pretty much use on a daily basis now. I suppose if I was rich and had plenty of money. Then nothing would really matter. I would just buy what I wanted and that would be it. When you don't have a lot of money and or have bills (adults). Then buying things takes a lot of decisions and what shortcuts you will make. If I took a loan out and bought a 2080Ti then I would have to eat cheap food for a few years. Hot dogs, Ramen noodles, Eggs or just potatoes. It is what it is and I do enjoy watching people spend their money on stuff. I always sit back and say that is nice and hope they enjoy it.
