1800x cooler?

Found a 1800x with a msi b350 tomahawk for a great price. Would the wraith spire (95watt) cooler be enough? Or the CM liquid master lite 120 do it? I can basically pick between those two coolers. No plans on overclocking
 
Wraith it's a nice cooler and should be enough even for overclock the 1800X at a reasonable speeds (About 3.8ghz on all cores).. I won't replace it with a slim 120mm AIO..

More than enough.. I use it on my 1700X machine even overclocked and its really quiet at full blast, nothing to complaint honestly.
 
The spire is good for around 3.8 all core at ~80C (voltage depending), which is the 1800x max all core boost. You may lose 50-100mhz on long running all core loads as the boost is temp dependent but it should still work fine and you probably won't notice.
