Yes it can goto AT&T. Not iCloud locked, reset back to default after picture taken. Will take another pic showing that.

That reset photo is apreciated. Also it would be going to T-Mobile but if it can go to ATT it should be good as well with TMO.

Great deal. Always selling my phones here from now on. Idiots on eBay are just pain to deal with. You sell an unlocked phone on eBay and they try to use with MVNO and don’t realize not all phones work out for he box with MVNO. You have to add APN a lot of times and they come back and say seller lied phone is not unlocked. Lol. Someone needs to tell these idiots phone is unlocked if it lets you insert another sim and doesn’t give you warning that you have inserted a sim from different carrier lol. That’s 2 in a row for me on eBay. I was like smh! I need to like make an idiot proof guide to tell how a phone is unlocked.
