My 48" 4K Samsung TV/monitor is dying on me. What would be a good replacement for it if I will buy in the next few months. It must be 4K and price does not matter.

Thanks

Well you don't really say what you want this for, and considering you have a GTX 680...

Best monitor now: Asus PG27UQ (27" DisplayHDR 1000 and proper FALD backlight)
Best large size: Philips Momentum (40" 4K DisplayHDR 1000, but many will find this choice problematic)
Best ultrawide: Acer Predator x34

Many will disagree, but those would be my choices.

I was too hasty with that post, I will give more details and update my sig. I will be almost exclusively gaming. Here are my PC's specs

CPU: Intel Core i7-8700K
Motherboard: MSI Z370M Gaming Pro AC
Memory: G.Skill Trident Z RGB 16GB 2 x 8GB DDR4-3200
Video Card: Nvidia Titan XP
Power Supply: SeaSonic 650W FOCUS Plus 650 Gold SSR-650FX
Storage: SAMSUNG 500GB 970 EVO MZ-V7E500BW
Case: HP Omen X
CPU Cooler: CORSAIR Hydro Series H60

Too small, 4K is pointless under 30"
Best large size: Philips Momentum (40" 4K DisplayHDR 1000, but many will find this choice problematic)
Interesting

Too few games support that resolution

Thanks for the suggestions

I'm using a Samsung Q7F. It's been pretty nice so far. Probably not quite the picture quality of the LG C8, but it comes close and you don't have to worry about burn-in.

I got it mostly because it supports FreeSync, but even without that it looks great.

They have a Game Motion Plus mode which smooths out frames with minimal lag. I would say it can make a 60fps game look like 90fps (the lag is there, but with an Xbox pad it's manageable).

It can also do 120Hz at 1440p or 1080p, which is a nice option for games that can hit those framerates.

I got the 55" size, which is a little too big for a monitor, but I'm making it work. I looked at the Philips and doing it again I would have done more research as 40" is a better size.
