In all seriousness, just to get it out there, does this cover all people, blacks as well, or is it only white folks who hate? (I am quite serious about this because there are people who actually believe this is a white thing only, which is racist itself.)

I sure hope you get locked up and get your moral compass checked. Or get shot in self defense. People like you are exactly what is wrong with America. The proper thing for a citizen to do with an unsavory person is publicize a person's behavior to make it difficult for said person to be employed. Another possible action is to pressure local businesses into refusing to service said person. However, you are not allowed to take the law into your own hands and be a vigilante. Actually, it's not even vigilantism, it's outright criminal.

I'm not too sure about that as I have seen books and various people have different ideas about them. The way I see it is that socialism and capitalism are economic systems. Communism is a lot more than an economic system.

Freedom of speech, though, is a Principle and its how it got into law in the first place. And when the laws were constructed, nobody foresaw the GOVERNMENT-like hegemony that monopolies and oligopolies would have today (largely in part due to government cronyism) . Its omission is not validation.

In fact on the government angle alone, any special treatment for a corporation should cease. Any contracts should be terminated. the government should in no capacity enable speech restriction as an extension of its actions.

No, the omission is there intentionally. You don't think the Founding Fathers knew about mass media? Newspapers were a thing, and they never said that a publisher must be forced to print someone's speech. You pay for it, and if the publisher doesn't like what you say, there is NOTHING in established law that says they must be compelled to provide you with a platform. Arguing otherwise is being willfully ignorant.
