Any Good First Person games that let you save whenever you want ? - 2016+

I am getting real tired of games that only save when IT wants to save.
I love the old days, when I could save at any point and just try weird stuff.

U guys know of any good made since 2016 that are 1st Person and there are fun to play ?

I have the Fallout games & Morrowind games.

I've been playing Prey, and it should meet your requirements.
 
DUSK, Ion Maiden, and AMID Evil come to mind. They won't push your hardware...but damn it, they are solid games.
 
prey uses denuvo....i have heard some horrible stuff about that DRM.
 
It's been a bit since I played, but I think Deus Ex, Mankind Divided lets you save anywhere.
 
Why the 2016 criteria? What happened that year that makes older games repugnant to you?
 
i don't spend a fortune on a gaming computer to play an old game.
 
Postal 2. Sure it came out in 03. Has horrible graphics. But its so wrong its right. Can save anywhere
 
The game has a active Muliplayer community if you don't mind playing sniper.
 
I would think the limitation of 2016 is not graphics driven, but for the simple fact that most newer games absolutely limit when you are allowed to save and it is complete crap.
 
How about Crysis & Crysis Warhead?

Very solid choices if you've never played either, or even just not for a while.
