*** PLEASE READ***

Hello my Name is Broc, and i am Daniels son. Early Tuesday morning my dad suffered a heart attack.
He is Doing ok now, but will be in the hospital for a while for observation. my dad buys and sells a lot of stuff from allot of different forums, and i am trying to help him with it for now until i get all of his stuff sent off.

im going to be contacting the people who bought things that haven't been shipped out tonight and i will get all your stuff out as soon as possible ( monday/tuesday)

How would the wrranty workd for these? Do you have a proof of purchase to validate purchase date/warranty? (WD has asked this in the past when we had a warranty claim on an RE4 drive.)
well tbh ive only ever sent 3-4 drives back to WD, each time i just filled out the online rma and sent eh drives in and got new or refurbished drives back. never asked for a Pop. i guess ill delete that out, but idk for sure.

No, not since his son updated the top post in this thread. No responses to PMs and my item's tracking still shows "Pre-Shipment".
 
I heard from his son a week ago Sunday, about shipping my item, but nothing since.
I hope all is well, but this was to be a work pc, I need either need my parts or a refund.
I've opened a pp case on Monday, still no reply.

My prayers and best wishes to the family.
