The end of Tintri?

Saw this coming years ago. Many years ago. Had a few vendor engagements and demos and concluded these guys wouldn’t be around in 3-5. Looks like I was right.
 
I am running a couple at work, we are discussing options, they aren't our only storage but still sucks.
 
I'm actually surprised someone didn't scoop them up prior to it getting to this point. Competing vendors have got to be shark tanking each other to get that business at this point.

~1200 total customers in 10 years.. Not worth taking on the $100,000,000 in debt. Maybe someone will snap up something after bankruptcy, but no one wants the liability.

Would you pay ~$85,000 for each existing customer you have to support that won't be paying that much for support contracts and aren't likely to buy more hardware from you??

Good point. Someone will scoop up the IP after bankruptcy and integrate the best parts into what ever.
