ive been interested in this gpu since you posted it up. Can you explain to me please and maybe others what you mean by the ports being crooked? is it a defect/blemish or other means of harm done to block/fittings. About how many hours of use are on this card? Looking for honesty as i dont think there is a way to prove it, but i never buy used gpu's. Any or all info you can tell me about this gpu would be appreciated. if you would like to take this convo to a "PM" that would be even better. thank you

Thanks for your response newls1.

I will post a reply here for everyone to see so there is full disclosure. I am happy to answer any concerns.

The previous owner seemed to have damaged the threads (when looking at the card in my picture on the first post) on the top left and front right ports. I am assuming the damage came from using non-EKWB fittings (this block is especially made for this GPU by EKWB) and possibly forced whatever fittings he had into those ports and called it a day. When I received the card, I discovered this when testing all the ports. Luckily for me, my setup does not require me to use these ports. If you try to use fittings, they will be crooked in those ports and will not sit flush with the block when installed. I have not tried to fix this issue as my setup does not require me to use these ports so I had no issue with them as I simply left them plugged as you can see in the picture.

I've been using this since August of 2017, and have not gamed on it since end of March of this year. I've probably put a solid 15-20 hours, most of it from being at 100% gpu use from the two Tomb Raider games I was trying to finish. Other hours were from DOTA 2 and other games which use low gpu.

Again, it works well, clocks well, never mined in. Never had an issue with it. I am going back to my 980ti in the meantime as I have no games I play right now that utilize the card since I play dota and CS2. I am anticipating the new Tomb Raider later this year, but I also have two little girls that take up my time, and I will wait to buy it when the next Nvidia Ti card comes out.

Hope this answers it!
