AMD RX GPUs Back in Stock

How well does vega overclock? I have a RX 580 Red Devil and if doesn't OC worth a damn.

Well, when I set it with Wattman to 4000 rpm max fan speed and +50 power limit, the card will reach about 1580 to 1600 or so on average. The HBM memory will also overclock to 1100. The fan speed does not bother me all that much so it would not be a switch just to have things quieter. Now that the outdoor temps are rising, the max clock speed will probably drop a bit but still it works well. (Nearly 32000 graphics score in 3D Mark 11)

You will not see much of a difference. The blower card that you have pushes the heat out of the case and the power color will just push out to both sides of the card. It would prolly make a slight difference if your case is completely open. The great thing about theses power Color Vegas is that they have a 12 phase power which is beefier than any other Vega out there especially if you run this thing 24/7 ;). Go for it if you really like the card. I love my 64. The memory does 1150 stable :D

They were not jacking the green ones?

I get locking up expensive and highly desired items - I dont get putting all the Green items in front (glass locked case) completely hiding the red ones.

I was recently in a BB asking about Red items. I was strongly told several times -what we have is out- and such things which may well have been literally true - only after insisting and being a 'customer' did anyone admit to having some AMD cards in stock and show them to me. Had I been less demanding and willing to accept the first 3 answers I would never have know team red was in stock over the $100 range.

That's odd, all four of our BB have a metal cage with a mesh front. The Nvidia are on the top shelf, to the right and the Radeons are on the middle shelf, to the left. Nothing is hiding anything else. Sometimes people mix it all up, and I've even found weird stuff like 4960X chips super cheap, but I don't think it's on purpose. Talk to any of the "computer experts" on the floor, they have no idea what a 1050 is, let alone a Vega 56.

How about we all gang up on GPU manufacturers and watch them lower prices because we rebelled jointly! I would love to see something like this happen and return the power back into our hands!

Until about a month ago they were on the other side of the store. This was a new planogram and, I think, new case. Hard to guess if this is the new layout or store specific BB BS.

Finally back, still more than I was hoping to pay for a Vega 64 still though. May just have to wait til 11xx launch in July to see if prices move.
