iPad is the latest model and it comes with the Apple Pencil. It will also come with a case as shown, but one of the corner clips broke off so it doesn’t stay attached on that corner well (bottom left corner). It was my wife’s and she used it for drawing. It is in great condition. On the back there is a scratch in the metal at the top (see photo).
Comes with iPad, charger, pencil and case.

MacBook Pro is the late 2013 model. It runs great and has normal wear for a 5 year old Mac. Getting rid of it sine she is using my newer 13" MBP for school due to size and weight. Only has one issue that does not impact the use. The fan makes a clicking sound when in use. It kind of sounds like a mechanical hard drive. Looks to be a common issue with this model based on what I found. It can be repaired by buying a replacement part.
Specs are:
2Ghz i7 (according to what I found this is an i7-4750HQ)
8GB RAM
256GB SSD
Iris pro graphics
Retina Display 2880x1800
OS X can be updated to the latest version but factory reset puts it on Mavericks.
Comes with standard charger and cable (not pictured)
