Preface: I'm still salty having just finished testing the paperweight PowerColor just sent me.
This thread is for two things, a written log of my experience with these clowns, and to serve as a warning.
In February I figured out an issue I had was due to a bad Vega 64, and started the RMA Process with PowerColor on the 18th of February.
They didn't process the receipt of my video card until 7 March, the day I called to check status.
Called again on March 21 where I was told they were testing my replacement card.
Called again on the 28th to see what the deal was. This time I was told they were waiting on replacement product from Taiwan.
Finally get notification of a replacement card being shipped March 31.
Received card today, April 6, and it's DOA. So 6 weeks of waiting for a paperweight. Anyone wanna bet I have to pay to ship this dead piece of shit back to them? Will update on Monday after I call them unless they reply to my email over the weekend.
