WTB: Q77 motherboard

Would like an ASUS P8Q77-M, but willing to consider any reputable make/model. Looking to keep things pretty cheap, since the goal here is to tide me over until DDR4 prices fall. Bonus points if you can do local pickup in DFW, but not necessary.

My standards are pretty low right now. Just need something cheap to tide me over. Would settle for pretty much any board that works with DDR3 and an i7-3770.

How about a Asus Maximus V Gene for say 80 bucks shipped.

its Currently in a backup backup LAN rig..that I used one time for a LAN. still have the Box and all accessories.
