I have been working on overclocking my memory. Here are my results thus far:

3200mhz cas13
superpi 32m: 6m57.7s
sandra: 36.42gb/s
cinebench: 1611cb
aida r/w/c 48305/48299/46123
46.2ns latency

3300mhz cas14
superpi 32m: 6m57.9s
sandra: 37.74gb/s
cinebench: 1612cb
aida r/w/c 49005/49837/47164
45.6ns latency

3333mhz cas15
superpi 32m: 7m0s
sandra: 36.4gb/s
cinebench: 1608cb
aida r/w/c 49629/50296/47233
46.0ns latency

3466mhz cas15
superpi 32m: 6m59.3s
sandra: 33.053gb/s
cinebench: 1597cb
aida r/w/c 51036/35981/39608
47.6ns latency

What do you guys think? I have a feeling that 3200mhz CAS13 is faster, however I'm reading that Coffee Lake really likes higher frequency and it actually looks like games respond well to higher speed even if the timings are slower. Thoughts?

It's also interesting that my scores were actually lower at 3400mhz and 3466mhz. I assume that means I have reached the limits of this memory.

Also 3300mhz CAS14 was not stable so I can't use that speed.

Not sure why your 4th result looks so much weaker... I'd say the first 3 results are fine and you'll have a hard time telling the difference.

If you have Assassin's Creed Origins you could use that, it's very sensitive to CPU/RAM (at least it is with my 1080 ti in 1080p and 1440p).

Thanks. I did some more testing and 3200mhz at CAS 13 was a bit quicker in both gaming and CPU benchmarks. I was surprised at how much it helped my minimum FPS.
