Brand new Seasonic 750W Titanium goes tits up..

I’ve owned a LOT of Seasonics for the past ~15 years. I finally got what looks to be a bad one. Brand new one for a brand new build randomly shuts off after 3-15m. Sometimes fails to power on. Luckily I have like 3 other Seasonic PSUs laying around and no such issues with them.
Seasonic used to be a hidden gem- now they’re probably as popular as Corsair, if not more. I wonder if that has affected their quality at all. I have 3 Titanium’s I installed ~8mo ago and not a lick of trouble with them or any I’ve owned, ever.
I guess it was my turn to get a bad one!

As much as we would like to avoid it, even a PSU from Seasonic can fail and we are always sorry for this. We always do our best to avoid such situation which is always annoying for our customers. So I may suggest, if not yet done, to either contact our support to troubleshot this or to apply for RMA (down the page to start to fill in our form) and we will gladly test it for compliances. Also, if you are still within 30 days after your purchase, you can contact your reseller to ask for an exchange. I do hope you can quickly solve this issue and have a new working rig asap. And no worry, fame or not, we are still dedicated to what we do the best since 1975: power supply and only power supply.
