Not sure if this gets asked frequently, a bit of complex situation.... challenge FOR YOU GUYS!

But currently, I have a Windows Desktop I game on via 1080ti with two S2716DG (144hz) monitors.
I'd like to use these monitors interchangeable with my MacBook Pro laptop.
Are there any solutions?

I'm reading on A/B switches, but they don't seem to offer DisplayPort and I will perhaps lose my gaming benefits. My MacBook Pro seems it may be limited to HDMI.

Any suggestions?

Which Macbook Pro model is it? One of the older 2015 and earlier models with HDMI and USB-A ports or 2016+ with USB-C ports?

Your main limitation will be the ports on the displays, I am assuming you use the DisplayPort with your Windows machine. So that leaves you the HDMI ports which most likely can't support 144 Hz refresh rates. So at best you would be getting 60 Hz from the Macbook Pro.

I am not aware that there are any KVM switches that support 144 Hz or G-Sync.

Those monitors have both DP and HDMI. Get a thunderbolt dock or whatever for the MBP and hook that into HDMI. Use DP as you are now with windows machine. Switch inputs with the monitor to change from pc to laptop.

Don’t give me some BS about needing 144hz from the laptop.
