USB Boot with stress/bench tools

Is there a guide or ISO for WinPE that has tools like XTU, aida, realbench cinebench etc. so one can test at their leisure without getting crashes on their production installation?

I did find a WinPE ISO generator but various applications refuse to run it, when I double click the exe nothing happens.
 
Look for Gandalf's_Win10PE although you might not get regular apps to run in there, but you can try.

Not sure what you would gain though...
Booting to the USB to run the app....vs....installing on the physical PC and running the app?

Thanks, yes the latter is far more hassle

Requires hdd/ssd connected.
Requires OS installation.
If a crash the OS install can be corrupted.

Bootable USB is far more conveniant, I am amazed noone uses one as standard practice for this sort of thing.
 
Something I can see being an issue is often benchmarks require updated drivers to perform optimally. I can see that being a real PITA with a boot disc.
