How do I know he was joking? You understand this is real life, right? This isn't some comic book villain that got up on stage at a public speaking event, in front of the press and everyone, and accidently let slip his villain master plan of dictator for life. Your first clue should be that everyone literally roared in laughter over in the crowd because it was a joke.

The only group of people heading own the legislative path of totalitarian governments is the Left. Taking away guns from the people is one of the primary and first goals of a dictator.

The U.S has interfered with other countries elections for decades it's no surprise other countries have been doing the same to us. If it were easy for the masses to go and make their own youtube styled site, they would. But it's not. Youtube created the sandbox, the community, welcomed everyone in and then after they became common place on the Internet they defined what can and can't be said.

The only way forward with Youtube then is to spout and support THEIR voice, their vision, and their reality. If not, you will be removed from the community and be left outside without the ability to be easily heard [hidden information].

Seems like the future is shaping up to be where everyone agrees with each other. No room for discussion, since everyone is agreeing with each other. "No no ass hole I agree with you MORE. Unfortunately, a substantially large portion of the population is absolutely NOT smart enough to disseminate fact from reality. I don't even interact with a whole lot of people on a regular basis, but when I do, and the conversation goes political, it doesn't take long before someone starts repeating nonsense that has been handed down from their chosen political machine.

Independent thought is a life-skill that is scarily absent from a troubling amount of the general population. And even more troubling is the fact that many of the people in this group are elected officials.

Simple solution: Switch to Bing. (I did ... for multiple reasons.)

That doesn't solve the source of the problem, and Google will remain untrustworthy.
But at least I don't have to be polluted by it.

This is my experience as well. My younger brother for example talks about some crazy stuff and i assumed it was because he was a drunk that his high on Marj. all the time.

Then i met his friends... holy cow i worry for the future.

Back on topic however, it seems a lot of these strikes / bannings have been reversed, and were a result of improper management of newer Youtube moderators, so this story isn't as big as it seems.
Also there are plenty of outlets people can post to if they really just want to post random video crap, or "absolutely true information".
