This might be a long shot, but I'm looking to trade my entire Threadripper setup for a kick-ass 17" gaming laptop with a GTX 1080 GPU.
Here's what I'm looking for:
17" Gaming laptop with 4K screen, 1080p considered
i7 7000 series GPU (maybe i7 6000 series)
32GB of RAM
GTX 1080 GPU
G-Sync screen maybe?
SSD boot drive and 1TB for storage (or big SSD boot drive)
Thunderbolt 3
Optical drive a plus, but not neccessary
Windows 10
I'd also trade it for a recent Surface Book with 16GB of RAM and an nVidia dGPU base.

AMD Threadripper 1950x
Corsair H100i v2
Asus ROG Zenith Extreme
32GB (8x 4GB) of DDR4-2400 RAM, (Mix of Geil, G.Skill RipJaws & Kingston HyperX)
EVGA 1060 GTX 6GB SC GPU
Samsung 950 m.2 256GB NVMe boot SSD
2x Hynix 256GB m.2 SATA in RAID 0
2x 2TB WD Black Spinners
Pioneer BDR-209DBK Blu-Ray Burner
EVGA SuperNOVA 750 B2 750 Watt Power Supply
Corsair Carbide Air 540 ATX Cube Case
Original boxes for CPU, Motherboard, Power supply & H100iv2 available. With the exception of the WD Black spinners (spares I had laying around, a few years old), all of this equipment is less than a year old, some of it purchased within the last few months.
Pics later this evening, but if anyone in Chicago is looking for a bad ass content creation machine, this is it! If you're not in Chicago, be prepared for either a large box, or multiple small ones! Must have excellent Heat for this trade!
