Laptop Recomendation? Light and thin 15”?

Primary Use:

Typing legal documents while mobile (20%)
Remoting into 3440x1440 computer and using accountant software. Can resize to 2560x1440 when tempting in to help viewability (40%)
General browning and excel use (35%)
Using steam remote play (5%)

My ideal needs are a:
Great keyboard
Beautiful screen
I3/i5 for snappiness
Can add an SSD if it doesn’t come with one.

Thoughts?

Had an XPS 15 in the past but that’s a little heavy now and also loved my asus ux31a but that screen was a little small. Would love a 15" that has the same kind of Infiniti display as the as the xps 15, but that's a little lighter.

I sold my 2017 XPS 15 and bought the new 2018 XPS 13. This new version has a true 4K InfinityEdge touch screen, too. I love it.

Surfacebook has one of the best screens in a thin and light if that's important. Keyboard is good as well. I have the last gen i7 13.5 version for work and I really like it.
