The “No Lackin Challenge,” which encourages people to get into fake arguments and pull guns on one another without firing, has suffered (another?) casualty: a 17-year-old in Tennessee was accidentally shot in the head during the dangerous game. The shooter reportedly did not have a carry permit for his weapon.

"A real loud bang, then I see the guy across from him fall in the floor,” said Thomas Fitzpatrick, who was inside the restaurant when the shooting happened. Fitzpatrick said the three men were all sitting together when the teen was shot. After the shooting, Fitzpatrick said Lackland was visibly upset and distraught. "He started grabbing him and telling him to get up and then he was kind of mad and was swinging stools and stuff,” Fitzpatrick said.

From the knockout challenge where you go up and sucker punch someone from behind to knock them out, to eating laundry detergent, to now aiming guns at each others head. The internet has made this generation of kids turn into idiots.

Your ignorance on the subject is obvious. I don't want to give you a civic lesson, but concealed carrying is state level restriction. There are several court cases which touches on the subject such as "Peruta vs California" that has included concealed carry as an ancillary issue, but the Supreme Court has refused to take on the cases. The House of Representatives has passed a bill on National Reciprocity, however, the Senate has not taken up the issue for a vote. There are debates on whether its Constitutional, but it is not explicitly written in the Constitution.

Regardless, the behavior of these fine young gentlemen on the videos are obviously illegal in any city or state in this country. You don't bring guns into public places (and even private places) and aim them at each other for laughs or a viral video. I doubt any of these fine young men in the videos have a valid carry permit if their state requires them. Brandishing a weapon when not in a life threatening situation is illegal even if you have a carry permit.

God will help us all if more people like you become informed on the subject instead of exposing your ignorance. I hope you actually live in a country that has states and not provenances if you are to make these false claims.

"Tennessee issues permits for the concealed or open carry of handguns, but not loaded long guns. However, an individual is free to carry a loaded handgun or long gun in their car without a permit as part of the expanded "castle doctrine" self-defense law". --Same law as Texas.

WTF is wrong with society today? Everyone seems to be trying to out do each other with videoing stupid ass stunts. From climbing up sky scrapers to drawing guns on each other. Please just fucking kill yourself before some innocent person who doesn't give two shits about you gets hurt.

I don't know what to say.... anyone from the country (at least when I was a kid) probably learned how to handle guns / shoot as a kid.. and took the hunter's safety course... the absolute idiocy of this sort of firearms mishandling is incredible..

I'm pretty sure we need to institute mandatory national service get these dumb kids out of their nonsense and make them into worthwhile citizens..

Won't happen, we're too worried about non citizens because they're an oppressed people. Heavens forbid we worry about our own children or the homeless.
