Console/Projector/gaming question?

I'm asking this question here because I think this is the most likely place someone's tried hooking up their gaming console/pc to a projector if they had access to one....I'm hoping for sound advice/hellolulu's to go/no_go on my plan...maybe buy a switch maybe, I like its portrable and mobile:}

Just scored a "Optoma w303st" ...basically a WXGA1280x800, 3000 lumen, 144 MHz 3d short throw projector. I'm thinking I can pair a Nintendo Switch to it for some cool outdoor Movies/Mario games with a 6'x10'ish screen that I can hall to my friends/famaly houses to have some fun.

My question is, does anyone know if I can run movies off a Switch from the memory card and do you think 6'x10' screen is descant at this res, and if either (movies/switch_games) would be worth it with these parameters in mind?

Any experience on this be much obliged, before I start spending the gold


Side question anyone watch/play 3d content with something like a PS3/4(not sure 4 supports it) with this type of set up?

I played Borderlands I and Demon Souls on a projector using a PS3 depends on the brightess too close you have to turn down the brightess. I used a led projector though think it was 300 lumes i solid it since cause now it' ancient. The problem is where do you mount it without problem you can set it on the table I thought of the ceiling thing but it wouldn't work out.
