PicoPSU vs. Built in ITX DC to ATX

I'm currently considering two case options for a box that will be a low power build (<60w)- one is the Antec ISK110 that comes with a 90W power supply, which goes for $78 -

The other is getting a cheaper case and buying a picoPSU -

However if you sum the costs of both ($40 for the case, $35 for the power supply) it comes out to $75, roughly the same as the Antec

Which is preferable? Are there any other options for a cheaper version of a PicoPSU?

Thanks.

Nice question. I read about something called HDPlex . Basically all depends on the configuration you are going to build... I have a Small Built project and personally i am considering the way of the internal PSU (Flex ATX) . Have a nice day. Thanks
