Link to deal
I've been looking at the LG OLED TVs hard over the past few months and IMO, this is a smoking deal.
[H] PC crew, if (like many of us) you've been using a Samsung JS/KS series TV and have been looking for something that's a true upgrade vs. a side-grade, it doesn't get any better than this (assuming you can handle the 55" size).
There must have been a recent price drop on the 2017s because I noticed today that prices across the entire lineup are a couple of hundred dollars less than they were just a couple of weeks ago. For example, the 55"/65" C7 is now listing for $1800/$2800 (respectively) on Amazon, and those have been sitting at the $1999/$2999 price point for a while.
From what I'm reading, all 2017 LG OLEDs have identical panels, performance, and image quality. The differences lie in things like the stand (mainly aesthetics) and internal speakers. Most of the glowing reviews that I've read seem to favor the C7 overall due to the value factor, and the B7 is basically the C7 with a different stand.

At $1399, the 55" B7 is cheaper than the old 2016 B6 which is currently selling on Amazon for $1536. The 2017 models carry several improvements over their 2016 counterparts.
