Hi guys, how is it going?

I have an old PC based on the QX9650 quad core processor. The mobo is a giga-byte P35-DQ6 board, which I bought like 10 years ago for overclocking purposes. This machine is like my third machine now. I want to give it to my brother but it has been acting up recently by giving several types of BSOD every now and then ( like every other day). From the types of errors I feel that it is the mobo that is the culprit. Two of the four RAM slots in the mobo are also bad.

I would like to get a replacement mobo. The only requirement is that it needs to support RAID because I have an array in there. No need for fancy featuers or overclocking capabilities because I will let the cpu run at stock. What mobo do you recommend that is reliable and will not break the bank?

Edit: I will need four RAM slots because I want to add two more RAM sticks.
Thanks.
