Hello everybody. I've tried to search many different forums and other pages that might give me a clue of what could be wrong with my custom water loop. I'll start of by listing my parts and then tell you a little bit of what i've done.
Asus Z370 maximus hero
I7 8700k (alphacool xpx block)
Gtx 1070 (alphacool water block)
16gb ram
750w evga psu
Cooling:
Alphacool vpp755 and i've also tried my other pump Aquatuning d5 pwm pump (same results)
1xAlphacool Eisbecher D5 250mm (pump top,res combo)
1xgpu block
1xcpu block
1x480mm radiator
1x240mm radiator
And im using petg hard tubing (13/10mm)
I've also tried an ek revo pump top with seperate reservoir. It didn't help the flow.
Now i recently updated my previous setup from having only the 480mm radiator to adding the 240mm radiator aswell. It was previously working perfectly with a very good flow but the 240mm seemed to cause alot of issues to the flow. I've literally tried everything i can think of and especially every way possible to try and get air out of the system which doesn't really seem to be the problem. I've also tried running both of my pumps (one at a time) in full speed for a good amount of time but that has not helped either.
Can there be something wrong with the 240mm radiator? Because in my opinion 1xd5 pump should be more then enough for this kind of setup. I've even seen some of my friends having only one d5 pump for this kind of setup and it works fine with good flow! I still have to add that both pumps are working perfectly so I don't think they are the problem.
Really hope any of you have some suggestion of what my next step should be because I am really running out of ideas.
Thank you for reading and I'll appreciate any answers http://m.**********************.com/sfp/images/design/usr/smilies/smile.gif
