I purchased 2 Windows keys from new2019 in June of last year and starting last week both keys have been blocked my MS as not genuine. I message him about this on Monday, receive a response the same day that the keys would be replaced, and have not heard back since. Please response ASAP. I am tired of constant pop-ups interrupting everything I attempt to do.
 
You sent me a key for the wrong version of Windows 7. Please check PM. Plus both of the keys I purchased are blocked so I need two replacements. This is pretty frustrating. Not to mention that it took 3 weeks to get the keys originally.

I am hate to have to complain like this about what seems to be a good trader/sell but my whole experience has been really poor.
