IO Interactive has announced that Hitman is getting a Game of the Year Edition on November 7. This new edition will arrive with the entire complete first season and the brand-new Patient Zero campaign, in which Agent 47 must race against the clock to prevent a virus from spreading.

This awesome package includes The Complete First Season, the brand new ‘Patient Zero’ campaign, new Escalation Contracts, new weapons, new suits, new challenges, improvements to existing features and new lighting enhancements to all locations that make the game look better than ever – plus we have a few more surprises!

Crazy steal for a fantastic game that more than redeems the series coming off Absolution. It's also unseated Blood Money as the new king, overall, for me.
 
Graphics on this really stood out for me. Some of the mechanics get overly repetitive but there is enough variation to warrant a full play thought. It can get fairly difficult at times so creativity is rewarded at least. Really wish this dev made more games of this caliber, especially new ip.

They're an indie studio now which means they can do whatever they want. They retained the Hitman IP, so expect to see more of those games in the future and a new IP as well.

i never was able to get into the HM games... first time i played.. i remember taking out an oriental dude.. and taking his close.. i was like "wait.. that guy was 5ft tall, and my dude is like .. over 6ft"..hows that work? I dont think i ever even finished the mission
 
It was a good game but very short though. Not worth full price. The game engine is pretty good. Really beautiful at max. Great voice cast.
