I have 3 of the AMD game packs that came with my Vegas. Each is redeemable for Prey and Wolfenstein. When you redeem the code you get a Steam code for Prey instantly. Wolfenstein codes will be available once the game releases.

Not tied to the card. You'll have to sign up on amdrewards.com but no serial number or anything required. Someone already bought one of the codes and redeemed it without issue.
 
I can verify that you don't need the card. I have a 1080ti and redeemed the prey code already, and the wolfenstein code will be delivered when it releases. Good trader too, fast comms and heatware feedback.
 
Does this come with the DLC as well like the combo being sold on cdkeys.com?
 
I don't think so? You get a key for the Steam version and on the Steam website I don't see any mention of DLC...
 
Not sure the Prey code is Steam. The Wolfenstein codes aren't there yet so not really sure.
