Looking for a Fractal Design Define R5 Bottom HDD Hard Drive Cage with drive sleds.

I may have a few HDD Drive cages laying around that aren't from the R5 that may fit (from the R4 or other Fractal Design cases). I'll check and test it out (I have an R5, but am using the bottom drive cage).
 
IME Fractal is outstanding with their customer support so I would not be surprised if they're willing to send you a replacement provided you pay for the shipping.

Have you reached out to Fractal Designs as mentioned above? They are great. As stated above, they may send you one.
Before they offered the blacked out edition, I asked for a set of black hard drive rails and expansion slot covers and they sent me a set for free.
I also had one that was ordered for a customer that arrived with a damaged front panel and they priority shipped the entire front assembly the following day.
The only thing they asked for was the serial number on the case. If anything, they could probably sell you one.
