Hi guys,
I have EVGA SuperNOVA 650 G3, 80 Plus Gold 650W power supply and i think the fan is spining randomly at very high speeds.
I disabled my case fans and only left the 2 fans that come with my cooler the Noctua NH-D15.I am monitoring the cpu cooler fans with corsair link and they don't go above 600 rotations.
My GPU is nvidia 1060 and the fans don't spin at all because it's in idle most of the time.
So my only other fan is the one inside the power supply.
Could this be a faulty fan inside?Should i RMA IT?
Eveything runs normal than sudenly i hear a fan spining very high, than after 20-30 seconds its back to normal.Than repeat after 10-15 minutes.
Any program that monitors the power supply fan speed?
PC specs: ryzen 1700(stock),32gb,3 hdd,2ssd.
My room si quite cold now,cpu stays at 30 degrees.I don't think the PSU has any heat issues.
thanks!
