It's €40 extra to get a chip that's been delidded, had new TIM applied, relidded, tested at 4.8 GHz and sold to you with a 2 year warranty and overclocking support.

Yep only 1000 if you want the solid silver ihs for the 28Wmk better than copper... Mind you it is 15 dollars in silver weight alone...
 
It takes me 1 minute to de-lid a CPU. It takes me 5 minutes to clean it up, and another minute to put on my own TIM and put the lid back on. To save people money, watch YouTube videos, buy a vice, prep 2 wooden blocks, a used credit card, some alcohol, and throwaway cloth or linen, and some good TIM.

And once you've done that, burn it in with an overclock and make note of the voltages you had to use. if you're willing to do that for €40 and provide two years warranty and phone support to the person you sell it to, than I'd say you may have yourself a viable business opportunity.
