I'm looking for a good price on a used video card. Please give me your price shipped.

Requirements:
1. Must be bus powered only.
2. Must have a displayport port.
3. Must support 4k resolution at 60hz. (3840 x 2160)
4. You will take Paypal.

I have one I believe, but gotta double check the 4K when I get home.

That's a tall order for a cheapo bus powered GPU. Best you might get is one with a single 6pin for those needs.
 
theres a guy selling a 1030 here for like 63 or something, that should fit your bill
 
I can get you an exact model number, but I have an eVGA 710 GT that I believe can do 4K resolutions.
 
if it was my 1030's you were talking about, those bad boys were sold. Good little buggers also, fastest single slot low profile card I've personally used.
