I actually have two of these. One has the box, the other does not. Probably the best bang for the buck card back in the day.

Intel i7 3770k - Retail - SOLD
It is the retail boxed processor with a used HSF. Includes the warranty pamphlet with the Core i7 sticker if you're interested in that. Came out of my father's computer when I built him a new one. Not a lot of use and no overclocking.
AMD FX8350 + Asus M5A97 Evo + 8GB DDR3 1333 G.Skill Ripjaws Memory - SOLD
Box and whatever accessories I can find for the board will be included. I/O shield is definitely there. Bare CPU will be shipped in the motherboard socket. I can include a Coolermaster TX2 cooler for $10 extra if you need one.

Identical to the sticks in the AM3+ combo just DDR3 1600 instead of DDR3 1333. Ran all 4 sticks in the M5A97 Evo board without issue.
