Feast your eyes on this. in what started as some tweet rumours yesterday, Enhance Games has finally announced the PC release of Sega's all-time classic in an all new update Rez Infinite. Taking advantage of superior PC hardware, the game supports 4K resolution and double the texture quality and has VR support for Oculus Rift and HTC Vive. It was previously released for the PS4 last year with support for Sony's Playstation VR. The game is available now on Steam $20 due from a 20% discount for the first two weeks. Just remember friends don't let friends trip alone.

Check out the trailer.

The ultimate version of Sega's classic psychodelic rail-shooter adventure Rez, fully remastered and evolved, including VR support and additional new content, all by members of the original development team.

Very cool. I have this on Dreamcast but I'd love to play it on PC. But no re-release of the trance vibrator?

I bought a PSVR specifically for this game (at the time, the devs said that the game would remain a PSVR exclusive). I don't regret it. This is an AMAZING game...and in VR it's simply mindblowing! Be sure to invest in a GOOD set of headphones!

Finally!!

Although, I've already played the game to death on Dreamcast, PS2, and 360....

-=< Matt's Recipe for Max Rez Enjoyment >=-

1. Gather a group of friends
2. Drop acid
3. Play Starfox 64 while you wait for it to kick in
4. Once acid has taken effect, switch to Rez
5. Profit!

(I actually did this in high school quite a few times, best if you have PS2 already running so all you have to do is switch TV inputs heh)

I've never played yet from the video on the front page it looks like a seizure inducing game. Looks can be deceiving.

Niiiiiice!! I missed out on the DC and PS2 versions, and spent a ridiculous amount of time with the XBLA version on X360, but I guess now I'll be sticking with the PC version.

Cool but I don't want to buy this again. Had it on Dreamcast and 360. Maybe I'll pick it up if it gets to $5.

Also I don't know why it would be so hard to make games like this. Anything I've played that has "It's just like Rez" in the description turns out to be, in fact, nothing like Rez.

Yeah I also played this to death on 360. Was totally worth the $20 at the time.

Might have to check this out.

Ultimately it just makes wish Polyphonic's Omega Boost would get a 4k/PC treatment.

game's kinda cool. seems like you could play it on a potato. my limp along system is a C2D 2.1, 4GB DDR2, 280x and an ssd/hdd mix. does 1440p maxed but msaa 2x and its pinned at 60fps(cant seem to get vsync off)
