Gigabyte ITX now live... Doesnt show up under any searches though

Rig: R1700 with Cryorig M9A, RX480, Crucial 32GB DDR4 2400, MX300 250GB M.2, 2 SSDs, Seasonic 650.

Received this morning and installed in a Fractal Node 304. That USB 3.0 header is a long stretch in that case (coming from the bottom right). There is enough slack with the default cable, but ideally it would be nice to get an extension so you can route the cable better. The other cables were a non issue and for SATA it was actually ideal since it's a shorter route to the drives if you were using the bay closest (which I was).

For me it was actually a little easier to install with that connector layout at the top. Prior it was always a tough fit connecting the cables due to that case having to squeeze between the Heastink and PSU, now all of them are on the top which there is plenty of room to maneuver.

I did notice, coming from a MSI Z170 ITX, was the CPU socket is closer to the front. So less clearance in the front vs having more room on the back of the heatsink. With less cables there (24 pin, USB, Front Panel) I don't suspect there to be an issue, however there may be some challenges if you are using a large heastink/fan combination.

MB came pre-loaded with F2 Bios and the same Win 10 build booted up without issue (just removed the intel driver/utilities and installed the AMD Chipset after boot).

I'll be gaming this weekend and will leave it stock clock for a baseline. But so far so good and pretty painless.

Gonna transplant my 1700x into it. Gonna sell my Crosshair VI if I loke the setup. Waiting on Threadripper as my main box. Then I'll setup the 1700x in my guest bedroom when I dont wanna be in basement office.

Getting mine today as well. I got my $100 DX racer knock off yesterday thats nicer then my old DX racer.... and hopefully my new PC will be up and running today. I cant play playerunknown Battlegrounds @ lowest with 20 fps any more...

I was wrong sigh... Newegg shipping is confusing sometimes. Amazon is so much better anyways my board comes friday. I got my Fractal ITS chassis today. I guess I can get some of the H20 gear installed before hand.

my board is to be delivered today :)

Yeah mine is tomorrow (Friday). I am excited. I just can't find my 2x120mm radiator I was going to cool the cpu and Vega/or 1080ti I get for it in the next month or two. I think its out in my storage shed and I will have to dig around for it. I also have an MCP 655 that I intend to mount in there as well if I can fit all of it.

here it is:

I got mine in my system now ... I will take some pictures soon. I did a combo of hardline and softline watercooling and it was not the easiest. I ran out of hard line fittings so I said ... ahh screw it ... it looks sweet as is. I just need some RGB fans in this thing and it will look sweet....

Running at stock speed right now as I am getting all the drivers etc... installed and updated. Did not refresh windows 10. Just migrated my SSDs over and booted right up.

Here are some photos. It is nothing to gawk at but it gets the job done for now. This is just going to be a bedroom PC anyways.

I am going all out on my Threadripper 1950X when I get it next month hopefully. That is going to be the money build. This one here was just done with spare parts from boxes I had stored.

Res is on the top and radiator is in the front 2x120. I will get some thermaltake Riing RGB fans this week from Amazon or Newegg and update the fans making this computer look much better.

Again the soft line hose on the top of the CPU block (outflow) is due to me running out of hardline fittings. I need to order more so I can get back in there and replace it with a hardline. I also don't like the way the pressure line (in-flow) is in front of the GPU (X) letter on GTX. but that is the only place I could fit the swiftech MCp35x pump which is powerful and top of the line pump.

In all honesty I might rip all this water cooling gear out of this and use the pump on the Threadripper whenever a waterblock comes out for it and just use a AIO on this little ITX machine. This loop is complete utter overkill for this machine. I could source a used GTX980ti waterblock and put it in here and that doesn't sound like a bad idea and it will look much better and I can crank up the throttle on the GPU.

I enjoy building ITX. I need to come back and redo a little bit in this one and it will look sweet.

Note** I need to get sticker remover and I am going to strip the Antec sticker off the power supply. I will do it this week and it will look waaaaay better.
