Does my cpu look delidded? I got it this way

If it has been delidded you should probably be able to move that heatspreader around pretty easily
 
The second picture looks suspect.
The compound Intel uses always looks very clean all the way round with a tiny air gap.
The second image shows a large gap smudged with some paste and an unclean application of a black compound, not how Intel applies it.
 
Hard to tell with thermal paste filling almost every crevice on the thing.
 
Does not appear to be so, but hard to tell with all of the thermal paste...
