Study Finds Gamers Have Lower Sex Drive, but Last Longer in Bed

Are the number of hours gaming proportional to length of time before ejaculation? I guess they studied only FPS? (Too lazy to check). Considering I last 10 seconds before ejaculation I will be gaming 24/7 for the next month. I will report back with findings.

Did you exercise daily and how much did you exercise each week? I'm in my mid thirties now and feeling the reverse effects as I was extremely active and muscular in my twenties. I don't have as much time as I did then to exercise and I'm wondering how difficult the road will be ahead.

I'm at odds with this study, I have high sex drive and can last as long as needed in bed and I've been a gamer since I was 3 years old.

No, not daily. At my peak averaging 3-4 times a week. My record was just over 500 miles for the month of July 2015 which, yes, is quite a bit and I was proud of it. I wasn't nearly as good about my riding in 2016 for numerous reasons including work, college, and women. So far the 2017 riding season is going fairly well.

I'm turning 37 in a week and I'm realizing that I will have a lot of control over how well I age. I would say it's very reasonable to figure that you have benefited from being in shape from your youth and well into your 20's. I would say that you noticing the gradual changes shouldn't be taken lightly, as it will only get worse if you let things continue. Testosterone production drops for all men as we age and the one prove NATURAL way to combat that is with exercise. Combine that drop with just being out of shape and getting older and yeah, you can see where that goes.

And to be clear, one of the points I'm making is that you stayed in shape is why you are at odds with this. Most gamers aren't in such good of shape.

I average 100miles a week. I run 5 times a week and will never touch a treadmill.

But I think I'm going to take 2 of those days off and do 3 long runs and 4days of something like crossfit.
