I'm sure Der8auer/Caseking will sell binned and delidded Skylake-X CPU's for $200-500 on top of the retail prices in the coming months. I'd much rather pay for that before I take the risk and delid a $1000-2000 CPU myself. Caseking also gives 24 months warranty on their delidded CPU's, that's not too bad.
