Thermaltake Water 3.0 Ultimate 360mm. How to remove brand off pump for clean look?

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can remove this crap from the cooler pump;

This is my first water-cooling install and want it to look clean. I hate that text on there and want to just have it black. Any suggestions?
 
If nothing else, just spray some Plasti-Dip on there. A coat or two of black followed by a coat or two of glossifer (optional) for a shinier look. I would take it out of the case though. ;)
 
My tool of choice would be 3M vinyl and a xacto knife, but I'm a bit squeamish around power tools.

Otherwise, plasti dip is fine but make sure you cover the joint up really well.
