Endless Space + DLC $1 on Steam until the 17th

An old favorite of many. This title comes up every time a "Which 4x game....?" question is asked.

Although I never played it, for $1 I'm going to see what the hype is all about.
 
For $1, it's worth a shot. If you're a MoO or GalCiv fan, this game will likely resonate well with you. I actually found it to be lacking in depth honestly, and would much rather play GalCiv 2 over this. Now if Endless Legend sees the same $1 treatment, that would blow me away. Endless Legend is one of my top 4X games of all time.
 
Honestly, I picked it up with the DLC a few months back in the ~$3-4 range and haven't even gotten around to play it.
 
Nice. For a buck, I went for it. I'll give it a try. I'm not out anything substantial.
 
fun game, havent played it in in a long time (years?). when I went to 4k it got too difficult to play as the UI doesnt scale at all and the text was waaaaayyyyy too small. I think the publisher was supposed to be getting something in place for this like they did their other 4x game Endless Legend (fantasy 4x) which was a joy to play in high res.
Anyway, for a buck its a ton of fun for sure.
