A slide at an AMD R5 launch event would suggest that Halo 3 is being released on PC. The party poopers say that somebody merely used a Master Chief photo to reference Halo Wars 2, but an anniversary edition of Halo 3 would make a lot of sense. Microsoft needs all the first-party titles they can get, and it would be nice to have some kind of new Halo title to release alongside Scorpio.

…AMD showcased a video with some upcoming games for the PC platform. What’s really interesting here is that AMD included an artwork from Halo 3, suggesting that this classic Halo game will finally come to the PC. It’s still unknown whether this will be the original version of Halo 3 or a remastered/Anniversary version. According to reports, Microsoft may reveal Halo 3 Anniversary at this year’s E3, and it will be an Xbox Play Anywhere title for Xbox One, Scorpio, and Windows 10.

That means Half Life 3 is Next since amd had teh rights to it in 2004 right it should ship with some kinda new future video card from AMD

It's a shame PC gets ports so long after their console release. However I'm always happy to see console exclusives ported to PC.

I'd personally rather see the rest of the Gears franchise(the real ones by Epic), but I digress.

Too little, too late. Microsoft should have brought the Master Chief Collection to PC, which came out right when they claimed they were making a PC Gaming push.

I would be happy just to get MCC on PC with non sucky ports. Good enough for me. I'd even upgrade my main PC to W10 just for that. But then, Xbox would truly have no exclusives. And we can't have that now can we!

I"m happy without Reach however. That game is garbage and threw canon in the shittter.

In some cases, none at all.

Still, better late than never. FFX for example came only last year (though it was the Remaster version) and that was a result of SE starting to port FF's into PC again.

Some of the exclusives I have interest in (Super Smash series or Horizon Zero Dawn for example) usually detract me from buying it because I'd be buying the console exclusively for that game. I'd rather pay $120 for console exclusives on PC than to buy a console for the said exclusive (since my interest in them is generally pretty low).

Part of me is tempted to buy console for those exclusives, but the other part of me feels like I'd be rewarding Sony or especially MS for that kind of exclusivity. We don't have AAA PC exclusives in anywhere near the same degree as PS or Xbone (if at all).

Just bring the MCC + ODST to the PC already, FFS... But I guess Microsoft is in the business of not making more money these days, much like Nintendo.

Still waiting for this so called unified windows platform. When can I stick an xbox disc into my computer and play the game? WTF is the point of windows 10? Xbox will always be separate.
