I am looking for a few items to complete my new build I want a 6 to 8gb video card.. a asus xonar sound card must be pci-e. I plan on using my 1000 watt power supply currently in my rig so looking for something smaller to take its place in this system. I bought a case that said my corsair h100i would work but in order to make that happen it has to be front mounted, I'm wanting to top mount it so I'm open to hearing whats out there.

Asus RX480 Strix purchased new and used for 2 weeks now. I have an arctic build (white, black, gray) and Asus like many other companies can't get white RGB right. So the side logo and down lights are a light purple if it is set on white. Unlike many other peoples cards though my ROG logo on the backplate is actually white where many have a yellow tint to theirs.
Card just isn't working for me with the purple lighting. Sure I could turn off the lights or change the color but It's got lighting why not use it and any other color is really not going to blend well. LOL
Will include invoice for full 3 year Asus warranty although invoices aren't necessary with Asus as they base off serial and usually the serial number gets you a couple more months then an invoice. They factor in store stock shelf time also so extend the warranty longer the 3 years off the serial.

Do you do CAD or graphics stuff. I have an Nvidia Quadro m5000 8gb. This is a top end CAD video card and I think you can tweak it to run geforce drivers if need be.
